The challenge
What the project needed
The existing website had grown around a large body of work: books, journalism, media coverage, healing services and educational content. Important information competed for attention, the structure was difficult to scan, and the experience no longer represented the breadth of Vani’s current work.

- Restructured the information architecture around visitors’ main reasons for arriving
- Created clearer paths between Vani’s author profile, books, healing services and media work
- Introduced a modern responsive design with stronger hierarchy and easier navigation
- Built cleaner page structures, metadata and internal linking foundations for SEO
- Reduced unnecessary visual and technical weight to support faster loading
Outcome and direction
A clearer foundation before launch
The staging website is already more modern, focused and easier to navigate than the existing site. It gives each area of Vani’s work room to be understood while creating a stronger technical and content foundation for performance and organic search. Final measurements will be taken after launch.
